- LTL: At Baystate Marketplace, our goal is to deliver your quality furnishings to your home promptly and efficiently. As we partner with multiple suppliers, delivery times may vary based on supplier inventory levels and product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us within 10 days of receipt to report the issue. We’ll work to resolve the matter, which may include sending replacement parts or repairs by a professional furniture medic.
Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- General Merchandise: Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt, provided they are:
- In original packaging.
- In re-sellable condition.
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: Returns due to these issues may be eligible for a refund.
Return Process
- Authorization Required: All returns must be authorized before shipping.

- Return Shipping Costs:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Restocking Fees:

- For canceled orders that have been picked and packed, a 20% restocking fee applies.
- Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method for the merchandise price, less shipping and handling fees. Taxes are refunded per local laws.
